Restaurants & Bar

The open-spaced main building will feature the hotel’s main restaurant, Maroto, where you fill find us being being a bit cheeky with food from Alentejo. At Maroto you will also find a forward-thinking wine menu with their grape’s health at its core as well as regionally-inspired contemporary cocktails and a specialty coffee offering. On the next-door building’s rooftop, our pool will have a side-kick pizza & grill with drinks and music to add to the mix.

Located in the heart of the property, Casão is a large events space, with an 8-meter-high ceiling and a lounge area that will aim to include all guests who visit us. With versatility at its heart, this area has the ideal characteristics for holding banquets, exhibitions, yoga classes and many other events. It also has an outdoor space of firepits with capacity for up to 35 prepared to offer you a cocktails, oysters and wine from when the sun starts to set and to the sound of music and laughter amongst friends, family and complete strangers.
